SYMPATHY FLOWERS

In the Washington DC market, flowers are sent normally to the appropriate Funeral Home for handling (such as for a first viewing) rather than to the church or the burial site or to the family’s home. Often floral tributes are placed adjacent to one another, so “size” of presentation is inevitably compared, and flowers arranged in a vase are often placed on a table at the rear of the viewing area.
