Our Guarantee

Every order is important to us because we know it is important to you. We know that flowers are a perishable natural product and that the floral arrangements designed by our artists create something unique that's also perishable, providing joy for the moment. Because we constantly seek ways to corral these variables for improved floral performance, we welcome your comments and inquiries. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of one of our products, please contact us immediately and we will promptly take the appropriate action.

Ordering During Holidays

Our store and delivery hours may vary for major holidays. To ensure on-time delivery during busy seasons, please place your order at least one week prior to major holidays, such as Thanksgiving and Christmas. For other holidays, a minimum of one day’s notice is recommended.

Major Holidays:

  • Easter

  • Administrative Professionals Week

  • Mother’s Day

  • Father’s Day

Same Day Delivery

Orders placed before 2:00 pm can be delivered the same day, assuming the location is within our regular delivery area. Same-day delivery on Saturdays should be placed before noon. Orders to be fulfilled by partners located outside our regular delivery area should be placed before noon, local time. Late-day deliveries, seldom accepted, may incur additional fees. Delivery for a specific time period cannot be guaranteed, although we'll attempt to accommodate requests. We are not open on Sundays and do not deliver that day.

Specific Times

We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within four hours on orders. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Taxes & Pricing

  • Sales tax will be displayed in the checkout if applicable.

  • Many products are available in Regular, Deluxe, and Premium sizes that you can upgrade to.

Holiday Deliveries: The demand for our floral service often increase substantially just before and during popular holidays. Delivery often becomes more difficult, and wholesale prices are usually increased substantially so our prices may increase during such holidays.

Funeral Homes: Please provide funeral service orders promptly; We always check with the funeral house for time of service, any other related ceremonies, and interment plans. If times of services cannot be met, you are responsible for obtaining an alternative address such as a home.

Weekend Delivery Policy: If we are unable to arrange for delivery on Sunday and time permits we will setup for delivery on Saturday, including Birthday and Anniversaries. If Saturday or Sunday is not available, then the order will be scheduled for Monday and we will inform you of the rescheduling (you will be contacted first before rescheduling a Birthday or Anniversary gift for Monday).

P.O. Boxes: We are unable to deliver flowers to a P.O. Box or an A.P.O. addresses.

If No One is Home: Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery.

Incorrect Addresses: If a recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted, an additional $10 fee for re-delivery may apply. If a delivery is completed but it went to an address that was wrong that had been supplied by the customer, an entirely new purchase will apply.

Canceling an Order: Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered products we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en route or delivered. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please call (703) 525-3062.

Recipient May be Contacted: In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery.

Request to Leave Item at Door: The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. Company Flowers & Gifts Too! cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.

Recipient Refusal of Delivery: If a recipient refuses to accept delivery, the customer may be held responsible for the entire order.

Fresh Flowers: At Company Flowers & Gifts Too! we are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements the variety will take precedence over color. For instance, if an order is for yellow daisies, they will substitute another color of daisies, not another yellow flower. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses. Purple and pink orchids may need to be substituted for white orchids and vice versa.

Plants: For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color. Containers for plants will be as close as possible.

 

Gift Baskets: Substitutions within a basket may be made with items of greater or equal value if necessary to guarantee freshness and timely delivery.

 

Substitutions for Special Occasions: Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, on specific days, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery, if the flowers you requested are not available, and we are not able to contact you via the phone number(s) or email address you provided us.

Substitution Policy

We reserve the right to substitute if needed, due to the nature, seasonality and regional availability of flowers. If time allows, we will discuss with the customer all proposed changes. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement's shape, size, style and colors.

Wire Transfer for Out-of-Area Deliveries

 Orders outside our local delivery area will be fulfilled through a trusted network of florists. Additional fees may apply for out-of-area deliveries.
